Why should I keep the documents sent from my Strata Corporation?

Owners should keep the documents provided by the Strata Corporations as an owner will be required to provide two year’s records at the time they list their strata lot for sale.

These documents are also a good point of reference should you have questions regarding specific decisions made by the strata council or the homeowners at an Annual or Special General Meeting.

Who do I contact to get the minutes or bylaws for my Strata Corporation?

If you are a new owner these documents should have been provided to you at the time of purchase.  If you do not have a copy of these documents you may contact our office and they can be provided to you at the per page cost as set out in our contract.

The maximum fee that the Strata Corporation may charge for a copy of a record or document provided under Section 36 of the Strata Property Act is $0.25 cents per page.
